About the role#
This internship provides an early career opportunity within the JLL Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support real estate investments and acquisitions. This role offers insight into the commercial real estate industry through research, data analysis, and transaction support.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by obtaining and analyzing information, statistics, and demographics.
- Support the valuation of listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
- Design marketing materials, such as teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and graphics.
- Gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- Currently a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a team-player attitude.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or Marketing.

- Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Employment type: Full-time internship.
