About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group at JLL. You will work alongside analysts to support investments and acquisitions. This role focuses on gaining insight into the commercial real estate industry through research, writing, and data analysis.
What you'll do#
- Assist with market research by gathering and analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases to prepare lease abstracts.
- Help with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Design and prepare marketing materials, such as teasers and offering memorandums.
- Gather data regarding rent rolls and tenant profiles to assist the team.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college or university junior, graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent US work authorization is required. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.
