About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the commercial real estate industry within the JLL Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investment and acquisition projects. This is a full-time, on-site role for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Write market research by gathering and analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support property valuations using Argus and Excel.
- Prepare lease abstracts to summarize lease agreements.
- Assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Create marketing materials, such as teasers and offering memorandums, including charts and graphics.
- Collect data regarding rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a college or university junior.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional interactions with clients.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
