About the role#
This Work Study position offers part-time employment for currently enrolled university students. The role supports daily departmental operations while helping you build professional skills. You will balance your work responsibilities with your academic commitments, with schedules set around your coursework.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the day to day maintenance of your assigned department.
- Handle clerical tasks like answering phones, filing, scheduling, and organizing.
- Perform entry-level administrative, operational, or research support duties.
- Provide front-line customer service and technology support.
- Support various events and programs.
- Complete data entry and light research assistance.
- Take on other related duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a university student.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Frequent use of a keyboard, along with periods of sitting or standing.
- A professional approach and commitment to university policies.
