About the role#
The Residential Marketing Intern supports the department by helping with daily operations, project management, and member service. You will work with various team members to assist with residential programs, events, and administrative tasks. This role provides exposure to utility marketing and member engagement in a professional office setting.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Manager of Member Engagement with loan tracking, data entry, and reporting.
- Collaborate on the creation of the external trade ally newsletter.
- Help the Residential Marketing team prepare for and execute events.
- Monitor the phone queue and respond to member emails to support the Member Relations Coordinator.
- Assist with weekly member rebate check reconciliation.
- Support the department with inventory management, literature requests, and general office tasks like filing and copying.
- Work on additional projects related to rate reassignments, technology, and program tracking as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of effective communication, writing, and customer relations principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

- This is an on-site, paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
