About the role#
As an AI Transformation Intern, you will join the Intelligent Infrastructure, Technology and Engineering Strategy team. You will support the development of the AI use-case portfolio and data foundation. This role involves tracking projects from initial concept to production, documenting data models, and measuring the impact of AI initiatives on operational capacity.
What you'll do#
- Partner with a team lead on one AI pilot project from definition through execution and rollout.
- Maintain the AI intake tracker and report on value metrics such as hours saved and cycle-time reduction.
- Catalog data sources for pilot projects and map them to core data models.
- Manage tool and license registries, including tracking adoption and summarizing evaluation findings.
- Coordinate with IT and business unit stakeholders to manage scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Create a case study for your pilot project that outlines the problem, approach, and measured impact.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising junior, rising senior, or recent graduate in any major.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with GenAI or AI tools.
- Ability to drive work as a self-starter with agility and resilience.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Effective communication skills.
