About the role#
Jabil is seeking a Legal Intern to join our Global Trade Compliance team at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. This role offers hands-on experience with international trade law in a global business environment. You will see how trade regulations impact real-world business decisions and global supply chains while supporting matters involving import and customs law, export controls, and economic sanctions.
What you'll do#
- Conduct legal research on U.S. and international trade compliance laws and regulations.
- Draft and review memoranda, summaries, and compliance documentation.
- Support attorneys in reviewing and interpreting import and customs laws, export controls, and economic sanctions.
- Participate in internal meetings and assist in preparing legal materials and presentations.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assist with compliance risk assessments.
What you'll need#
- Current 2L or 3L law student, or a recent law graduate.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in St. Petersburg, Florida.
- Availability is required from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
