About the role#
ITW Global Tire Repair is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on a project-based program that combines learning with real-world impact. This role focuses on the development of an AI-powered Account Management Dashboard to consolidate sales, category, and customer performance data. You will gain hands-on experience and work with your team to drive success.
What you'll do#
- Lead the creation of an Account Management Dashboard for the Brand Team to improve account management effectiveness.
- Gather feedback from ITW teams, perform analysis, and present insights to the Brand Team to identify process improvements.
- Research and share best practices regarding AI with the Marketing Team to help integrate these tools and improve project efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least 2 years of college in Business or Marketing, or 2 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working in retail is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in San Luis Obispo, California.
- The role is part-time, requiring approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.
- This is a paid internship with a compensation range of $22 to $26 per hour, depending on expertise.
