About the role#
The Marketing Communications Intern will join the Sitework Systems team for the summer of 2027. You will contribute to strategic goals while gaining experience in content marketing, digital communications, analytics, and channel enablement. This role requires collaboration with Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to execute various marketing initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Draft and organize content for social media, promotional emails, product webpages, sales literature, and presentations.
- Support digital and social media initiatives by managing content calendars, coordinating campaigns, updating websites, and reporting on performance.
- Create and maintain sales and channel enablement resources such as sell sheets, battle cards, and marketing guides.
- Conduct research on competitors, customers, and markets to support product launches and content development.
- Analyze marketing performance using reporting tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate project inputs, timelines, and asset reviews with internal teams and external vendors.
- Assist with photo and video shoots, trade shows, and marketing events.
- Manage digital marketing assets, project files, and content libraries.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate Junior or Senior status pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proactive approach to learning and solving problems.
- Enthusiasm for both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational skills to manage a range of tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Knowledge of the landscape, construction, or rental industries is a plus.
