About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based at our Ditch Witch facility in Perry, Oklahoma. The program runs from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work on-site and receive mentorship from experienced manufacturing engineers to help guide your projects and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Complete a small electronic circuit board project.
- Design fixtures, tooling, and lifting devices for robots, welders, and machine tools.
- Document the current facility layout and create proposals for new or existing areas to improve production safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and support teams to complete assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
- Completion of junior-level coursework is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-analysis skills.
- A desire to learn and work within a team environment.
- Bonus skills include experience with Solid Works, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, or Ansys.
