About the role#
This position supports the Gymnastics Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Graduate Assistants with daily operations. You will help manage office tasks and assist with team logistics to ensure the program runs smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Handle correspondence for prospective student-athletes, alumni, parents, and friends of the team.
- Provide administrative support including mail merges, filing, data entry, and statistics analysis.
- Research hotels and restaurants for team travel.
- Complete travel expense receipts following trips.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of gymnastics equipment.
- Follow and enforce equipment maintenance, safety, and facility policies.
What you'll need#
- You must be a currently matriculating student at Ithaca College.
- Proficiency in computer skills is required.
- You should be flexible, friendly, and customer service oriented.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Ithaca, New York.
- The position is paid at a rate of $16 per hour.
- This is a part-time position with rolling availability.
