About the role#
This internship is a 9-week program starting in June 2027. You will join the ETF Product Strategy and Research teams to support the growth of the ETF business. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and hands-on work on investment products. Successful interns may be eligible for a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze market data to create and update product outlook materials.
- Support product development by identifying trends and analyzing the ETF competitive environment.
- Provide analytical insights to Product Strategists to assist with internal sales inquiries.
- Run internal reports, identify key trends, and summarize findings for senior leadership.
- Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation.
- Assist with U.S. ETF product launches and contribute to ad hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program as a Junior graduating by summer 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with programming languages like R, Python, or VBA is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of AI applications like chatbots or predictive analytics.
