About the role#
This internship with the Technology Lifecycle Services team combines product development with project execution. You will shape service offerings while managing their delivery for clients. You will work across teams including engineering, solution design, and sales to define offerings and analyze market opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and management of lifecycle service offerings for hardware, software, and hybrid environments.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify client needs and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to define service scope, pricing models, and value propositions.
- Create offering documentation, value narratives, and internal enablement materials.
- Track performance metrics to assess offering adoption, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the execution of contractual deliverables to ensure services meet quality standards and financial objectives.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives in delivery models, automation, and client experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in product management, digital transformation, or enterprise IT services.
- Familiarity with cloud, AI, or infrastructure technologies.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, agile development, project management, or service design is helpful.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, business case development, or pricing strategy.
- Exposure to enterprise clients or managed services.
