About the role#
This internship offers the chance to gain professional experience by working on client projects. You will join cross-functional teams to help shape hybrid cloud and AI journeys. The program runs for 10 weeks from May to July 2027. This role is based on-site in Dallas, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and define technical specifications.
- Document design decisions and technical specs.
- Write scalable, reusable code and participate in code reviews.
- Engage in full-stack, cloud-native development.
- Use design thinking to build products focused on user experience, security, and performance.
- Contribute to the entire product delivery life cycle.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a record of academic success.
- Experience working in an Agile team structure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage workloads in an agile environment.
- Initiative, a growth mindset, and leadership experience.
- Effective communication skills and a readiness to take ownership of tasks.
- Exposure to JavaScript and at least one of the following: Java, C++, Python, Scala, R, SAS, SQL, HTML, SPSS, VBA, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with relational databases and systems design.
- Interest in database development, cloud platforms, container technology, and generative AI.
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and Java application frameworks.
- Understanding of design patterns, performance tuning, and automated testing.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
