About the role#
As a Consultant Intern for SAP, you will work on real client projects across various industries. You will join teams focused on SAP implementations and business transformation. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to build a professional network while working alongside experienced consultants.
What you'll do#
- Support teams working on SAP solutions to improve business functions like finance, supply chain, procurement, and human resources.
- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and reporting for client projects.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams by participating in workshops and meetings.
- Work to understand client needs and business processes to help identify solutions.
- Gain exposure to enterprise applications and cloud technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Analytics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university degree program with a record of academic success.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage workloads in an agile environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication skills.
- A growth mindset with the initiative to seek new knowledge.
- Foundational quantitative analysis skills.
- An interest in enterprise technology consulting, business transformation, and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Exposure to ERP systems, SAP concepts, SQL, XML, SAP Fiori, JavaScript, or project management tools like Jira is a plus.
