About the role#
As an Atlantic Consulting Intern, you will work with consulting teams to solve business problems and identify how technology impacts traditional processes. You will help translate public sector challenges into AI-enabled solutions that improve service delivery and outcomes. This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support consulting teams in developing AI-enabled solutions for public sector challenges.
- Use AI to draft and iterate on regional sales collateral, email sequences, and campaign copy.
- Set up AI-assisted workflows to monitor competitor activity and surface insights for the team.
- Document and analyze the results of outbound and campaign experiments to build institutional knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Business Administration or Economics.
- Requirement to return to full-time studies after the work term.
- Proven academic success.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with the ability to derive recommendations from data.
- Experience with capability mapping.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the team and client organizations.
- Resilience, an outcome-focused mindset, and a drive to innovate.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while understanding diverse perspectives.
