About the role#
This internship focuses on improving how a global sales organization functions through AI and automation. You will identify repetitive tasks and process gaps that hinder sales teams. You will then design and implement practical solutions to improve productivity. This is a hands-on role where your work will have a measurable impact on business operations.
What you'll do#
- Work with sales teams to pinpoint process pain points and activities that take time away from selling.
- Analyze your findings to prioritize opportunities with the highest impact.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to build improvement roadmaps.
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, agents, chatbots, and Excel automation.
- Create documentation for key sales processes and workflows to support ISO 9001:2015 audit requirements.
- Present your results, including efficiency gains and lessons learned, to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Strong analytical skills to identify operational bottlenecks.
- A clear interest in applying AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and chatbots to business processes.
- Ability to create prioritized action plans based on your assessments.
- Comfort collaborating with internal stakeholders and taking ownership of project implementation.

- Compensation: CAD$20 per hour.
