About the role#
As a Sales Operations and Programs Intern, you will gain practical experience through various projects supporting ABB operations. You will work under the direction of the Sales Operations and Programs Leader to support team goals and enhance your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective coordination and timely project completion.
- Use insights about customer needs and company offerings to identify suitable solutions for clients.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
- Seek feedback and guidance from your manager and team members to improve your performance.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in the United States.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to use critical thinking to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
- Skill in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to share information and provide project updates.
Location & details#
- This position is remote, based in Florida.
- This is a part-time, paid internship.
- The pay range for this role is $20 to $34 per hour, depending on qualifications, graduation year, and experience.
- This role does not offer company-sponsored medical benefits, 401(k) contributions, or paid time off.
