About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience by connecting HR theory to daily practice within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will work with the People Team to support operations across our Manufacturing, R&D, and Product teams. This is a 10-week summer program designed to build your professional judgment and HR skills.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the HRBP to support daily people operations.
- Help develop and refine SOPs and other HR processes.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and pilot new programs.
- Observe trends or issues on the manufacturing floor and prepare improvement recommendations for the HRBP.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
- High level of discretion, organization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort spending time on a manufacturing floor and interacting directly with employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred, as is familiarity with HRIS and ATS tools.

- Location: Johnson City, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
