About the role#
The Early Talent Program in Global Technology & Solutions is designed for individuals looking to build a career within a banking environment. This is a full-time position focused on supporting business management and strategy. You will work as an analyst or subject matter expert, managing tasks from start to finish while coordinating across different functional areas.
What you'll do#
- Provide business management guidance and support for a specific functional area.
- Implement policies, processes, and initiatives that align with business strategy and governance objectives.
- Perform reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.
- Manage work activities that require coordination across multiple teams.
- Develop and deliver presentations and communications to management and broader audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
What you'll need#
- Current or prior internship experience at TD.
- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload to meet timelines.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with technology and business partners.
