About the role#
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in Champaign. This is a paid, part-time position focused on growing our brand and managing local community outreach. You will work on-site for approximately 20 hours per week for a duration of 3 months.
What you'll do#
- Support the marketing team in developing and maintaining relationships with local clients.
- Shape our brand image through consistent messaging.
- Manage WeChat group operations, including user acquisition, event planning, content editing, and community engagement.
- Participate in offline grassroots promotions and prepare necessary marketing materials.
- Track industry trends and coordinate outreach efforts with Xiaohongshu influencers.
What you'll need#
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, including those on OPT or CPT.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, extroverted personality.
- Ability to execute tasks effectively and a willingness to try new approaches.
- Previous experience in marketing operations is preferred.
- Access to a vehicle is preferred for local travel.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
