About the role#
This is a founding growth hire at a pre-seed AI recruiting platform. You will sit at the center of all demand generation efforts. You will own the full growth engine, including outbound, paid acquisition, content, and SEO, to turn recruiting insights into measurable pipeline.
What you'll do#
- Manage growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.
- Treat channels as a scientific process by forming hypotheses, running A/B tests, tracking metrics, and iterating.
- Plan and run cold email campaigns while managing technical deliverability like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain warming.
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Create high-velocity content such as blogs, newsletters, social posts, case studies, and product stories.
- Build and execute an SEO strategy, including topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
- Organize online and offline events and build marketing partnerships.
What you'll need#
- 0 to 3 years of experience in growth or marketing.
- Hands-on experience across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, and partnerships.
- A track record of owning outcomes and driving measurable impact.
- Experience managing technical email deliverability and sender reputation.
- SEO skills covering research, optimization, and linking.
- Familiarity with paid acquisition on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Strong content creation skills.
- Experience managing event logistics and marketing partnerships.
- A background in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms is helpful.
