About the role#
Empathic is seeking a Marketing + Creator Management Intern to work directly with the founder. This full-time, 10-12 week internship is based on-site in downtown San Francisco. The role focuses on scaling short-form marketing content and managing the company's creator program.
What you'll do#
- Own and iterate on short-form marketing content, including brainstorming ideas, scripting, reviewing drafts, and posting.
- Track content performance to identify successful formats and scale production.
- Manage the creator program by recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new creators.
- Oversee administrative tasks including contracts, trials, briefs, and analytics.
- Host weekly creator calls to provide direct feedback and maintain accountability.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate of a highly selective university.
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong creative taste and a demonstrated sense for viral content.
- Experience with TikTok, Reels, or User Generated Content (UGC).
- Familiarity with creator management.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
