About the role#
Empathic is hiring a Marketing + Creator Management Intern to work directly with the founder. You will own the strategy and execution for short form marketing content and manage the company's creator program. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in San Francisco.
What you'll do#
- Develop and iterate on short form marketing content by generating ideas, writing scripts, and managing the editing process.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new creators to the program.
- Manage creator contracts, trials, briefs, and performance analytics.
- Host weekly creator calls to provide direct feedback and maintain accountability.
- Track content performance to identify successful trends and scale production.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or recent graduation from a highly selective university.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing creator relationships.
- Strong creative taste and a demonstrated sense for viral content.
- Proficiency with TikTok, Reels, or user-generated content (UGC).
- Background in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
