Marketing + Creator Management Intern

About the role#

Empathic is seeking a Marketing + Creator Management Intern to work directly with the founder. This full-time, 10-12 week internship is based on-site in downtown San Francisco. The role focuses on scaling short-form marketing content and managing the company's creator program.

What you'll do#

• Own and iterate on short-form marketing content, including brainstorming ideas, scripting, reviewing drafts, and posting.
• Track content performance to identify successful formats and scale production.
• Manage the creator program by recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new creators.
• Oversee administrative tasks including contracts, trials, briefs, and analytics.
• Host weekly creator calls to provide direct feedback and maintain accountability.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate of a highly selective university.
• Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong creative taste and a demonstrated sense for viral content.
• Experience with TikTok, Reels, or User Generated Content (UGC).
• Familiarity with creator management.
• Preferred majors include Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
