About the role#
ShopBack is seeking a motivated intern to support the North American team with marketing, partnerships, and daily operations. This role provides hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and business operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to support strategic initiatives and project management.
What you'll do#
- Develop content for blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior within the US market.
- Manage and monitor digital campaigns, including email and paid advertising.
- Track marketing performance metrics and support content optimization.
- Plan and organize online and offline marketing events, including logistics and promotional activities.
- Provide project support to the General Manager, including the creation of reports and presentations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A creative mindset with a genuine interest in digital marketing and content creation.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
