About the role#
HungryPanda Ltd is hiring a Marketing Intern for a part-time, paid position based in Edison, New Jersey. This role focuses on field marketing and community outreach to grow our user base. You will spend your time in high-traffic areas, interacting with potential users to introduce our platform and services. This is an on-site position requiring 3 to 4 days of work per week, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift.
What you'll do#
- Conduct in-person promotional activities at university campuses, residential areas, and local events.
- Introduce the app and current promotional campaigns to new users to drive growth.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials like flyers, event supplies, and giveaways.
- Support the execution of local events, such as campus orientations, festivals, and community gatherings.
- Gather user feedback and market insights to help the team refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on brand awareness projects.
What you'll need#
- An outgoing and proactive personality with comfort interacting with people face-to-face.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for field tasks.
- Familiarity with local Chinese communities, university networks, or student organizations is a plus.
- Previous experience in brand promotion, campus ambassador programs, or field marketing is helpful.
- Current enrollment in a Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration program.
- Valid work authorization for the duration of the internship, including CPT or OPT.
