About the role#
The Women in Trading and Technology Internship is a 2-4 week program designed for students curious about quantitative trading. This internship provides an introduction to the technical aspects of the industry. It is intended for those without extensive prior experience in quantitative trading.
What you'll do#
- Complete independent programming projects using Python and C++.
- Learn about software engineering and algorithm development.
- Attend various tech talks and seminars.
- Participate in social and networking events in New York City.
What you'll need#
- You are a full-time undergraduate student graduating between fall 2028 and summer 2030.
- You are pursuing a degree in a technical or quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics.
- You have demonstrated experience in programming, with preference for familiarity with C, C++, Python, or Rust.
- You possess strong problem solving and communication skills.
- You have an interest in learning about technology.

- Location: New York, NY.
- Term: Winter 2027 (starting January 4, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Weekly base salary of $5,800, plus company-paid housing and meals.
