About the role#
This is a nine-week internship program based in our New York office, running from early June through early August 2027. You will gain a 360-degree view of our market-making activities and learn how our traders identify and act on arbitrage opportunities. This role is full-time and on-site. We provide housing and accommodation assistance for the duration of the program.
What you'll do#
- Learn directly from experienced traders on the New York trading floor.
- Participate in structured educational courses and hands-on trading simulations.
- Develop and test trading strategies through project-based work using quantitative models and trading tools.
- Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to solve real-world trading challenges.
- Gain in-depth exposure to our core business and market-making activities.
- Engage in intern events and become an integral part of our team culture.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at a university in the United States.
- A major in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong mental math, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and an interest in scientific programming or development languages.
- The ability to think quickly, reason logically, and deliver results under pressure.
- An entrepreneurial and competitive mindset.
- A demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: This role includes a prorated base salary of $150,000. Employees are also eligible for an annual discretionary variable remuneration based on company, group, and individual performance.
