About the role#
The HUB International internship program offers a full-time, 8-week experience for students interested in the insurance brokerage industry. You will work within Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, or Retirement & Private Wealth teams. This program provides exposure to client service, sales, and risk management while you learn from industry experts. Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support clients across the U.S. by understanding their unique regional needs.
- Manage policies, endorsements, renewals, data, and claims support.
- Analyze U.S. insurance markets and emerging regional trends.
- Participate in workshops to build technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Engage with the broader intern cohort through networking, mentorship, and research projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset alongside the ability to work independently.
- Enthusiasm for the insurance industry.
