About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program is a full-time, paid summer opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. Interns gain exposure to commercial lines, personal lines, employee benefits, and retirement and private wealth management. This program focuses on professional development, mentorship, and practical contributions to business priorities.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support client needs.
- Manage policies, endorsements, and renewals.
- Assist with data management and claims processing.
- Analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and networking events.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project findings.
- Engage in volunteer initiatives and social activities with the team.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the insurance industry and a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.
