About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will work under close supervision to provide administrative support for departments and projects. This role involves tasks that align with standard business curriculum.
What you'll do#
- Prepare reports and track project results.
- Coordinate program developments and edit documents.
- Handle routine inquiries, manage appointments, and receive messages.
- Transmit information and make copies.
- Participate in meetings and interface with various teams.
- Assist management with data analysis and research.
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a related undergraduate or graduate program, specifically Business Administration.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multi-task.
