About the role#
The Hilton corporate summer internship program provides professional experience within a global hospitality company. This program is designed to develop future business leaders. You will work within our technology teams on projects that support our global operations. This is a full-time, paid internship running from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support your assigned team with tasks such as preparing reports, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Engage in projects and participate in learning and development workshops.
- Encourage a culture of innovation by helping to develop new ideas and solutions.
- Use your organizational, time management, and communication skills to manage tasks.
- Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation on your experience and learnings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary education program.
- Less than one year of professional experience.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program on-site for 40 hours per week.
- Experience taking ownership of a technical project from start to finish.
- A history of holding a leadership role in your community or involvement with a student-run organization.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management, Logistics, Communications, Marketing, or Economics.
Location & details#
- This position is on-site at our corporate offices in McLean, Virginia; Memphis, Tennessee; or Dallas, Texas.
- Interns based in McLean receive $25.00 per hour, while those in Memphis or Dallas receive $24.00 per hour.
- All interns receive a one-time stipend of $2,500.00.
- Benefits include paid holidays and access to the Go Hilton Travel Program.
