About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Sales Operations intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Long Island City, New York. You will work directly with the sales operations team to support projects and gain experience in your field of study.
What you'll do#
- Create internal and customer-facing guidelines for dealers who design shop drawings using Mecho/SWF Contract hardware.
- Define the full process for creation, approvals, library access, and updates.
- Collaborate with leadership and legal teams to address liability and dealer requirements.
- Partner with department leaders to identify and update missing SOP documentation for areas such as masterfiles, warranties, backcharges, and international projects.
- Assist the team with project support and gain hands-on experience in sales operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year degree program, ideally at the sophomore or junior level.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant function is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
