About the role#
Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is hiring for a Supply Chain Co-op for the 2027 calendar year. This position is based on-site in Madison, Wisconsin. You will work with internal teams to improve material planning systems and support purchasing operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with projects to improve the performance of current supply chain material planning systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to find ways to make business processes more efficient.
- Support the development and implementation of new tools to optimize supply planning and purchasing.
- Help buyers and planners with tactical tasks like order management.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for supply chain improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain records of procurement activities and supplier performance metrics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year bachelor program for Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

- Location: Madison, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Terms: Summer 2027 and Fall 2027 options are available.
- Employment: This is a paid, full-time position.
- Requirement: A pre-employment drug test is required.
