About the role#
We are looking for a strategic and analytical intern to support our dealer experience programs. This role focuses on partner growth, data-driven decision-making, and program design. You will gain hands-on experience in business analytics, dashboard development, reporting, and process documentation to improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and maintenance of Concierge team dashboards and reporting tools in Smartsheet.
- Create account scorecards and performance reports for Concierge representatives.
- Analyze sales data to identify product attachment trends and business opportunities.
- Generate monthly opportunity lists that highlight missed milestones and account growth potential.
- Assist in documenting processes and developing SOPs and work instructions to improve operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- An interest in partner or channel strategy and incentive design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools is preferred.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based in Middleton, Wisconsin.
- The role is on-site for Summer 2027.
