About the role#
This 12-month internship program provides professional experience within Hilton's global finance operations. You will join a finance team responsible for accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset performance. This position is based in our Memphis, Tennessee office and runs from June 1, 2027, through June 2, 2028.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of projects and participate in learning workshops.
- Support your team by preparing reports, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Contribute new ideas to help drive innovation.
- Manage tasks using your organizational and time management skills.
- Collaborate with your manager to deliver a final presentation on your work and learnings.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary program, or less than one year of professional experience.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site for the 10-week summer program.
- Ability to work part-time (20-30 hours per week) on-site through June 2028.
- Experience in a leadership role within your community or a student-run organization.
Location & details#
- Location: Memphis, Tennessee.
- Compensation: $24.00 per hour plus a $2,500 one-time stipend.
