About the role#
HF Sinclair is seeking a Crude Supply Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, Texas. You will work within the Crude Oil Supply department, performing routine assignments under close and frequent supervision.
What you'll do#
- Support Senior Crude Supply and Trading staff with daily operations.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing and general assistance for the Crude Supply group.
- Research and plot pricing, economic, and graphing trends to help develop trading strategies.
- Assist the Crude Scheduling team with data management tasks.
- Build dashboards for the Crude Supply team using Alteryx or Power BI.
- Complete special assignments and tasks as directed by your supervisor.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and basic familiarity with other Microsoft products.
- Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to be organized, analytical, and creative.
- Self-starter mindset with the drive to meet planned objectives.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Physical requirements include the ability to sit, walk, or stand for periods, perform visual inspections, and lift or carry up to 25 lbs. You must be able to wear required personal protective equipment. Please note that beards are not permitted.
