About the role#
HPE’s HR Talent Center of Excellence is seeking an intern to support global Performance Management programs. You will assist the team in helping employees and leaders set goals, participate in performance reviews, and exchange feedback. This role provides practical exposure to the global performance lifecycle, Workday-enabled processes, and continuous-improvement efforts.
What you'll do#
- Support project plans, trackers, milestones, and meeting logistics.
- Conduct research and document processes, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
- Draft and update communications, presentations, guides, and learning materials.
- Perform basic data analysis and reporting to track program adoption.
- Assist with digital and AI-related initiatives through user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and feedback collection.
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews and learning sessions across global teams.
- Handle information according to company confidentiality and security requirements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited institution.
- Ability to organize work, maintain accurate documentation, and manage deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and summarize findings.
- Ability to collaborate with people from different teams and locations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Interest in learning about Human Resources, Performance Management, and digital tools.
Location & details#
- Location: Spring, Texas.
- Modality: Hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week required in the office.
- Employment: Full-time internship.
