About the role#
Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is hiring an HR Intern to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. You will report to the Manager of P&C Global Talent Acquisition and support our recruitment operations. This is a paid, full-time, 12-month internship running from May 2027 through May 2028.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling for multiple hiring teams.
- Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and building talent pipelines.
- Maintain recruitment systems, update candidate records, and generate reports and metrics.
- Assist with planning and executing recruitment events, with a focus on campus and university initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the second or third year of a degree program in Business, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- Availability for a full-time, 12-month work term from May 2027 to May 2028.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or campus leadership is helpful.
