About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will rotate through core People Services functions including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy, Culture, Learning, and Leadership Development. This role provides hands-on experience with the full employee lifecycle and the chance to contribute to company-wide initiatives. You will work alongside business partners and leaders to help shape how the organization attracts, retains, and develops its workforce.
What you'll do#
- Analyze HR programs, processes, and workforce data to uncover insights.
- Support key initiatives across people analytics, leadership development, onboarding, and culture activation.
- Conduct research, gather feedback, and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Develop data-informed recommendations and deliver tools or frameworks that enhance HR impact.
- Assist with planning and executing high-priority HR projects.
What you'll need#
- Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or Communications by Summer 2028 or 2029.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience with project management, program support, campus leadership, or research.
- Willingness to learn HRIS or ATS platforms enhanced with automation or AI.
- Ability to display a creative, analytical, and systems-thinking perspective.
