About the role#
As an HRIS Intern, you will help optimize the technology and data that support our people strategies. You will contribute to HR systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Your work will help drive operational efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and improve the employee experience across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a meaningful project aligned to your focus area starting in your first week.
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences to build business acumen.
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals and engage in speaker sessions with company leaders.
- Present your project at the Internship Expo to showcase your impact and engage with leaders across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in HR technology, business systems, data analytics, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interpret and work with data.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated learning agility, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly, apply feedback, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Location & details#
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia (On-site, five days a week).
- Term: Summer 2027 (Late May to early August).
- Employment: Full-time paid internship.
