About the role#
HPE’s HR Talent Center of Excellence is seeking an intern to support global Performance Management programs. You will assist in helping team members and leaders set goals, participate in performance activities, and exchange feedback. Working under the guidance of the Performance Management team, you will apply your academic knowledge to project coordination, research, communications, and process documentation. This role provides exposure to global performance lifecycles, Workday-enabled processes, and continuous-improvement practices.
What you'll do#
- Support project plans, trackers, milestones, meeting agendas, and action items for Performance Management initiatives.
- Conduct research, organize findings, and document processes, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
- Draft or update communications, presentations, guides, FAQs, and learning materials.
- Perform basic data analysis by organizing and validating data, tracking completion measures, and preparing reports.
- Assist with Workday, digital, and AI-related initiatives through test-case documentation, user acceptance testing, and issue tracking.
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews, meetings, and learning sessions across global teams.
- Handle information responsibly and follow all confidentiality, privacy, and data-handling requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree at an accredited institution.
- Ability to organize work, maintain accurate documentation, and manage deadlines.
- Clear communication skills for both writing and meetings.
- Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and summarize findings.
- Ability to collaborate with people from different teams, functions, and locations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Interest in learning about Human Resources, Performance Management, digital tools, and global business processes.
Location & details#
- Location: Spring, Texas.
- Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to work from an HPE office on average 2 days per week.
- Employment: Full-time internship.
