About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program based in Richardson, Texas. You will join cross-functional teams to contribute to project work, analyze information, and support the development of solutions that address organizational needs. Throughout the program, you will learn and apply specific company processes and technologies while gaining independence in your assigned deliverables.
What you'll do#
- Design, test, and implement technical production automation solutions.
- Develop database solutions using emerging technologies.
- Provide customer support for internally developed applications and processes.
- Conduct research and develop recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support departmental initiatives.
- Own specific components of project work with guidance from a mentor.
- Deliver a final presentation to department leadership regarding your project results.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, and corporate integrity policies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or information management.
- Rising senior status with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Available for the full 10-week duration of the program.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Knowledge or experience in C#, VB.NET, SQL, and Visual Basic.
- Practical skills in Excel, Word, and Access.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
