About the role#
HCVT is looking for an MBA intern to join the Technology and Transformation practice. You will work with middle-market and private equity-backed clients to support strategic business transformation. This role involves assessing client challenges, evaluating solutions, and developing recommendations for technology and process improvements. You will work alongside experienced consultants on projects including ERP implementations, data analytics, and automation initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Analyze client operations and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Conduct research to evaluate potential solutions and support the development of business cases.
- Assist in creating technology strategies, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Support ERP evaluations, system selection, and requirements gathering.
- Research opportunities for AI, automation, and data analytics.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with engagement teams to monitor progress and address project challenges.
- Contribute to internal practice development, including research and proposal creation.
- Participate in professional development to build consulting and technical skills.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in technology, transformation, management consulting, or a related business function.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or business process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics, AI, or automation.
- Experience conducting business analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Relevant transferable experience and a demonstrated interest in consulting.
