About the role#
HCVT is seeking an MBA intern for our Technology and Transformation practice. You will support strategic business and technology engagements for middle-market and private equity-backed clients. This role offers hands-on experience in consulting, business process improvement, and digital transformation. You will work alongside experienced consultants to assess client challenges, evaluate solutions, and develop actionable recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze client operations and technology environments to find improvement opportunities.
- Participate in client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Conduct research to support the development of technology strategies, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Assist with ERP evaluations, system selection, and implementation activities.
- Research opportunities for AI, automation, data analytics, and process optimization.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Collaborate with engagement teams to monitor project progress and address challenges.
- Contribute to internal practice development, including research and proposal creation.
- Participate in professional development to build consulting and technical skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with a focus on Business Administration.
- Previous experience in technology, transformation, management consulting, or a related business function.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, technology implementations, or process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics, AI, or automation.
- Experience conducting business analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Relevant transferable experience and a demonstrated interest in consulting.
