Audit Internship - Winter 2027

About the role#

HCVT is seeking an Audit Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This paid, full-time internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the accounting industry by supporting engagement teams with audit procedures and client projects.

What you'll do#

• Assist engagement teams in documenting and executing audit procedures.
• Complete assigned projects within established timelines and budget guidelines.
• Help maintain an organized information stream between the client and the audit team.
• Identify and communicate potential audit issues to the engagement team.
• Demonstrate professionalism and competence when interacting with clients and firm professionals.

What you'll need#

• Currently on track to complete a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or taxation between May 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum overall and accounting GPAs of 3.0.
• Active membership in Beta Alpha Psi or another campus accounting organization.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
