About the role#
As a Retail Media Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the retail media business needs of our clients. You will learn the fundamentals of managing sponsored advertising campaigns across various retail media networks. This role involves working closely with the Retail Media team to contribute to client success, participating in professional development, and completing an individual project to showcase your learning.
What you'll do#
- Learn Harvest Group systems and processes to support daily business needs.
- Monitor and optimize sponsored advertising campaigns on retail media networks.
- Analyze campaign experiments to identify trends and validate effectiveness.
- Support Digital Advertising Managers in preparing and delivering campaign results to clients.
- Participate in internal team meetings and external client discussions.
- Engage in professional development opportunities.
- Complete an individual summer internship project.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate junior, senior, or graduate student status.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, plus proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
