About the role#
As an Amazon Client Services Intern, you will work alongside our team to support client business needs within the eCommerce space. You will gain hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central while learning how to manage and grow brands on the platform. This role involves using data to solve problems and support client decisions. You will also complete an individual summer project and present your findings to our leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Learn our internal systems, tools, and processes to assist with daily client management.
- Support business activities such as reporting, item maintenance, inventory forecasting, and promotional planning.
- Use data to identify trends and uncover insights that support business decisions.
- Help refine processes to improve team efficiency.
- Contribute to internal team meetings and client discussions.
- Participate in professional development and learning opportunities.
- Complete and present an individual summer project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program, with preference for junior, senior, or graduate status.
- Interest in a career in eCommerce, sales, analytics, or account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Ability to work in an evolving environment.
- Self-motivation and a sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
