About the role#
As a Digital Shelf Intern, you will work alongside our Digital Shelf Integration (DSI) team to support client projects. You will gain hands-on experience with retailer platforms and learn how brands manage their business across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other major retailers. This role offers exposure to digital shelf strategy, content execution, and data analysis in a professional setting.
What you'll do#
- Learn our internal systems, tools, and processes to support daily team needs.
- Execute product content updates, including titles, descriptions, images, and attributes across various retailer platforms.
- Perform routine audits to identify gaps or inconsistencies in digital shelf presence.
- Use data and reporting to uncover trends and monitor content health.
- Follow and refine standard operating procedures and playbooks to improve team efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and client discussions.
- Complete an individual summer project and present your findings and recommendations to company leaders.
- Engage in professional development and learning opportunities throughout the program.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree, with junior or senior status preferred.
- Interest in a career within ecommerce, digital shelf, content management, or account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach with a desire to learn.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with team members.
