About the role#
As a Kroger Client Services Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the retail industry by supporting our client teams. You will work alongside team members to analyze retail data, uncover insights, and turn that information into stories that inform client strategies. This role provides exposure to the grocery retail sector and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful client work.
What you'll do#
- Learn Harvest Group systems, tools, and processes to support client business needs.
- Collect, organize, and analyze point-of-sale and syndicated data to identify trends.
- Translate data into clear takeaways and business recommendations for recurring client reports.
- Contribute to internal team meetings and client discussions.
- Participate in professional development and learning opportunities.
- Complete an independent summer project and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program, with junior, senior, or graduate student status preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with others.
- A high level of curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Interest in a career in sales, analytics, account management, or the retail industry.
- Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership.
