About the role#
Greenheck Group is looking for a student to join the team as a Customer Insights Co-op. This is a full-time, 8-month position based in Schofield, Wisconsin. You will work on customer and market research projects while gaining experience in a cross-functional environment. You will be part of an Early Talent Program that includes networking, coaching, and exposure to company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Support customer and market research to understand needs, priorities, and opportunities.
- Contribute to Voice of Customer (VOC) projects and translate feedback into actionable insights.
- Analyze business data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop recommendations that support business strategy and product development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on customer-focused initiatives.
- Support CAPS scoping and testing by gathering information and documenting findings.
- Create internal training content and resources based on research.
- Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to how insights are gathered and used.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.
- Graduation date within the next 3 semesters or less.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret information and identify trends.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Curiosity about customers, markets, and business challenges.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in customer research, data analysis, and process improvement.
Location & details#
- Location: Schofield, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Terms: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, or Fall 2027.
- Compensation: Paid position ($22.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on academic year).
- Benefits: Paid time off for company-observed holidays and eligibility for a housing allowance or sign-on bonus.
